2nd & 4th Wednesdays of the month from
5:30 - 6:30 PM. Come join us and bring a friend!

JUNE EVENTS:

ALL-YOUTH ACTIVITY: June 11th – Karate Kid Matinee & Lunch
We will meet at 11am at Praise and enjoy a lunch at Agaves Mexican Grill before going next door
and watching the movie at Regal Coldwater Crossing. Movie time and more details will be
announced. See the sign up sheet near Pastor Brown’s office door on the clipboards.

JULY & AUGUST EVENTS:
7th - 9th GRADE TRIP & SPIRIT SONG CHRISTIAN MUSIC FESTIVAL - July 5-11
If there are those who have not yet paid for their trip (this includes adults that are only attending Spirit Song) in its entirety, please do so ASAP. Please speak with Paulette Moran & Katy Teitzel, our Youth Board treasurer, to find out your balance due. Make checks payable to Praise Lutheran Church and write “summer trip” in the memo of the check. The trip schedule is as follows:
· Monday, July 5th – Depart in morning (eat Breakfast before we meet). Arrive in Kentucky. Stay overnight in cabins at Mammoth Cave National Park.
· Tuesday, July 6th – Wake up and eat breakfast at the National Park. Caving and hiking. Drive to hotel. Stay overnight at Hotel near Creation Museum.
· Wednesday, July 7th – Creation Museum. Drive to hotel near Kings Island.
· Thursday, July 8th through Saturday, July 10th – Christian Music Festival.
· Sunday, July 11th – Depart in morning from same hotel we stayed at throughout festival. Drive home and stop for worship with Pastor Brown along the way at park. Arrive home late afternoon or early evening.

10th - 12th GRADES - NATIONAL YOUTH GATHERING TRIP - July 16-22
If there are those going on this trip that have not yet paid their entire balance, please do so ASAP. Please speak with Katy Teitzel, our Youth Board treasurer, to find out your balance due. Make checks payable to Praise Lutheran Church and write “NYG” in the memo of the check. The trip schedule is as follows:
· Friday, July 16th – Depart airport in morning and fly to New Orleans.
· Saturday, July 17th – Opening ceremonies and events for National Youth Gathering.
· Sunday, July 18th – Tuesday, July 20th – National Youth Gathering (various activities)
· Wednesday, July 21st – English District Youth Gathering in New Orleans
· Thursday, July 22nd – Fly home.

Jr. High Youth - TRINITY MUSICFEST - July 17th
Join us on July 17th for an all day Jr. High event. We will be spending the day at the Tincap’s stadium for the Trinity Music Fest. We will be able to see David Crowder Band, Jeremy Camp, Casting Crowns and many more. Tickets are just $29 each if purchased through Praise. You will receive lots of free stuff with each ticket. We are looking for chaperones for this event. For more info please see Katy Teitzel or Pastor Brown.

YOUTH TRIP TO CEDAR POINT -August 2nd
Save August 2nd for the most exciting youth event. We will be leaving the Praise parking lot at 6am and heading to Cedar Point. This will be an overnight trip. With a group of 15 or more it will be around $60 for park ticket and hotel. Right now this is only a Jr. and Sr. High event. However, we are looking for a 325′ers chaperone so they can come along as well. Please see Katy Teitzel or Pastor Brown if you are willing to chaperone or for more information about the trip.
