SPIRITUAL CARE STAFF

By-Law 4.0 (Praise Evangelical Lutheran Church Constitution)
The Spiritual Care staff of Praise Lutheran Church is responsible for assisting in helping every member of this congregation to rejoice in and nourish the fruit of the Spirit which is ours by virtue of Baptism.  In short, the spiritual health and well being of every member at Praise falls under this scope.
Also called “Elders” in other congregations, some of the other duties we are extended are:
  • Oversee Stephen Ministry
  • Coordinate the arrangement and or scheduling of ushering
  • Tending to the well-being of pastors (Spiritual, Emotional, Physical, and Professional) including wife & family
  • Conduct and church discipline
