It's amazing the people that go to great lengths to be there - both to serve and worship. There are several similar ministries that meet under bridges - a great way to bring the message of Christ to those who would otherwise not hear them. I am not sure of any Lutheran Churches doing this, though, and that is a shame... I have never been “TO” that church, but have been by there on Sunday mornings.
