The SMPC met on Sept 3. Discussion involved the present employee benefit plans and the Personnel Policies Handbook Dated June9, 2003. Recommendations were made to ask the Church Council to review the benefit plans and make any changes deemed necessary. Regarding the Handbook, a committee is to be formed to review and revise the current policies.
